Creating a Return
Customers can place return requests for completed orders. The Minium and Minium 4.0 accelerators and the Classic Site Initializer have a returns page where they can track their return requests.

Go to a Minium, Minium 4.0, or Classic site and navigate to the Placed Orders page.

Select a completed order.

Click Make a Return.

Select the products to return. It is not mandatory to return all the items in the order.

Click Submit.
This creates the return request in Draft status. Customers can still make changes to it before submission. To add more items to the return request, click Add (). The Return Reason is added automatically, but customers can change this by selecting the item and choosing a different reason from the drop-down. The values in the drop-down are populated by the administrator. See Adding Reasons for Returns for more information.

If everything is in order, click Submit Return Request.
This moves the return request to Pending status. Customers can no longer make changes.
Viewing Refund Status
If you have an online payment method configured for your channel, customers can view the status of refunds on returned items.

Go to a Minium, Minium 4.0, or Classic site and navigate to the Returns page.

Select a return and go to the Items section.

Click Actions () next to an item and select View Refunds. This opens a modal showing the refund status.
