Upgrade Step Progress Logging

Liferay database upgrade now includes an opt-in configuration to report granular progress during individual upgrade steps. When enabled, the upgrade logs “Processed X of Y rows” with percentage completion for each upgrade step at a configurable interval.

Introduces new portal properties upgrade.log.progress.enabled (default false) and upgrade.log.progress.interval (default 1 minute). Progress is written to the standard log output and recorded in the Upgrade Report.

Enabling this feature provides higher visibility on the upgrade status through additional database queries, which may increase the total runtime of the database upgrade.
