Site Template Sync

A new “Site Template Sync” option is now available in the Site Templates management menu. When triggered, it applies all the latest content and configuration from the Site Template to every linked site, creating elements that don’t exist or overriding any local changes made to shared elements.

Key Benefits:

Full, predictable sync: all entities are propagated in a single operation, eliminating the partial and unpredictable behavior of the old propagation.
On-demand control: users with the appropriate permissions can manually trigger a sync at any time from the Site Templates list without needing to recreate sites from scratch.
Sync controlled Site by Site: within each site’s configuration, user can decides if the Site should be updated or not at any time.
