- Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

Navigate to: Menu → Control Panel → System Settings → PLATFORM → Module Container → Component Blacklist

Search for: Your custom module name.

If found: The module is currently blocked. Please remove it from the list.

If not found: Open a Support ticket to investigate the issue.
