Workflow "Metrics" Data Not Visible After Upgrading Liferay

Issue

  • After upgrading Liferay from 2024.Q2.7 to 2025.Q1.4-lts, navigated to Applications Menu > Applications > Workflow > Metrics, and noticed that the data is not being displayed.
  • Steps to reproduce:
      1. Start Liferay 2024.Q2.7.
      2. Apply 'Single Approver' workflow to a Web Content (or another asset).
      3. Created a Web Content and submitted it for workflow.
      4. Navigated to Applications > Workflow > Metrics, and observed that the workflow name and related data were correctly displayed.
      5. Upgraded from 2024.Q2.7 to 2025.Q1.4 using upgrade.database.auto.run=true property.
      6. Once the upgrade is complete, navigate again to the Metrics section, and no data was visible.

  • DXP 2025.Q1.4-lts

Resolution

  • The observed behavior has been addressed by: LPD-54428

Additional Information
