Resolution
One possible reason for the Form data can not be captured is because a cookie got blocked. It can be resolved by clearing the Cookies.
- Open browser's console, go to Application tab, expand Cookies in the left menu
- Then right-click on http://localhost:8080 (Take Liferay DXP site as an example) and click Clear.
- Refresh the page and resubmit the Form, export the Form. Then the data should be captured.
