Issue

Is there any out of the box option to schedule data deletion for records after a specific time?
For example, we want to delete data which is in the system for more than 2 years for all tables in order to comply with some GDPR regulations.
Environment
- DXP 7.0
- DXP 7.1
- DXP 7.2
- DXP 7.3
Resolution
- Up until DXP 7.3, there is no such functionality built into the product, so customers will need to implement it e.g. by using APIs
- In DXP 7.3 a GDPR framework has been implemented with which various components (including Forms) are integrated. In 7.3 you should most probably be able to achieve this goal, please see attached short video that demonstrates this new feature in DXP 7.3.
