WebDAV使用時に「User must first login through portal xxxxx」エラーが発生する。

問題

  • SSOでWebDAVを使用している場合、Liferayアカウントのパスワードを変更すると、User_テーブルのダイジェストが消去され、nullに変更されます。
  • この場合、「User must first login through portal xxxxx」というエラーが発生します。

解決策

  • すべてのユーザーがLiferay Siteのサインインポートレットを使用してログインすることを確認します。
