Issue

  • The deployment of the Webserver service is not successfully completed. When inspecting the build logs, the following error is encountered:

Some error has happened during the build. Try again. [{"message":"Validation Error","status":400,"errors":[{"reason":"invalidLcpJsonProperty","context":{"message":"The provided domain already exists.","param":"value","value":"liferaytest.com"}}]}].

Environment

  • Liferay PaaS

Resolution

  • To resolve this issue, it is necessary to delete the duplicate custom domain.
  • Once the duplicate domain is removed, start a new deployment for the custom domain in the chosen environment.
  • Remember, it is essential to maintain unique domain configurations across different environments to avoid conflicts.
