Issue
- From one day to another our backup size is reduced with considerable amount.
Resolution
- When a backup is created, it saves the content of the data folder and creates a database dump.
- Download and compare the content of the last Backup with the larger size to the content of the smaller Backup.
- The documents and media library can contain some files which have been deleted during the period between the two backups. This could be for example a larger LAR file of a failed propagation, a heap dump, or an emptied Recycle bin, etc.
- Comparison / checking the discrepancies of the two backups can extract more information.
