Issue
- Using any blade command, as
blade version
shows 'Failed to find Java VM' error
Resolution
- This behavior can be related to updating the JVM after a blade installation. In this case, blade configuration points to previous JVM path. In consequence, blade cannot find the Java executable.
- Fixing the issue:
<user>/.jpm/windows/bin/blade.ini file
in your Windows file system.

- Check the current definition for
vm.location
property. For example
vm.location=C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_421\bin\server\jvm.dll

- This property defines the JVM path. Thus, you have to change it with the new JVM path. Save the blade.ini file.
- Now, blade would be operational again.
