When creating web content, you can enter a "future date and time" to reserve a posting.With the default settings, there will be a gap of up to 15 minutes from the actual posting time.
This occurs because the check interval setting (15 minutes by default) checks to see if there are any outstanding submissions.
Is there a standard time for check intervals?

DXP 7.0+
solution
The following tests were performed Procedure:
Start Liferay (startup completed at 11:37 a.m.)
Add web content (set the publication time to 11:45 a.m.)
Results: Web content will be published at 11:52 a.m.
Liferay operates based on the time when the scheduler starts after the startup of Liferay is completed.
