Upgrading to Liferay Portal 6.1 GA2 may be halted if there are non-Liferay tables found within the database. This, then, affects subscribers who have customized the portal and/or created custom tables.

Resolution

The issue has been resolved with 'liferay-fixpack-upgrade-1-6120'

Please update to the latest portal fix packs to resolve this issue.
