Search facet widgets ignore the "Allow Empty Searches" option when used in conjunction with a Search Blueprint.
When a search page is configured with Search Blueprint, search facets are being populated with content when a search is not performed, even when the "Allow Empty Searches" option is NOT selected. This issue appears to affect all search facet widgets, including the Custom Facet.
Resolution
- To resolve this behavior, open a help center ticket to request a hotfix containing LPS-176493 and LPS-166592 .
