Issue
- In Liferay Portal 6.2, while previewing a document, there were options present to edit, delete the document.
- But in Liferay DXP 7.0, by default these options are not visible while previewing a document.
Environment
Resolution

The first approach is by going to Site Administration-> Content -> Document and Media -> Click on the Ellipse on the top right corner, as shown in below image.

The second approach is,
a. Goto to Document and Media Portlet present on the page ->Actions(3 dots) -> Configuration
b. Display Settings-> check the box for Show Action, as shown in below images.
You will be able to see the edit option while accessing the document.
