Issue
- The description is not set in the alt tag.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Upload an image to the document library
2) Add a description
3) Create a content page
4) Add an image fragment
5) Map it to the image you just uploaded
6) Publish
7) Check the alt of the image
Expected Behavior: The alt of the image is set to the description of the image
Observed Behavior: The alt is set to the title of the image
