Issue

  • In the web content, when selecting the 'Code View [</>]' of the content section, the code view won't display, but, if users scroll to the bottom, the code view is visible.
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Start Liferay DXP 7.1 fix-pack 28.
    2. Navigate to the Site menu > Content > Web content.
    3. Create a web content and add content.
    4. Then, click on the 'Code view [</>]' option at the top right corner.

  • Observed behavior: The code view is visible at the bottom of the content section.

  • Expected behavior: It should be able to see the code view where the Text view is visible.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.1 Fix-Pack-28.

Resolution

  • The observed behavior is a known bug that has been addressed by: LPS-160837.
  • If a hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting a hotfix by attaching patch details.
  • Installing Fix Packs and Hotfixes on Liferay DXP will guide you to install this hotfix in the respective environment.
