Issue
- When clicking on 'Forgot Password', Text Verification field does not showing any kind of validator (*).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to localhost:8080/c/portal/login
2. Click on Forgot Password button.
3. Now, attempt to proceed without filling out the Text Verification field, resulting in a pop-up message prompting to fill out the remaining field.
4. Notice that no validator is applied to the Text Verification field.
Expected Behavior: 'Text Verification' Field must be filled before proceeding with Forgot Password and upon leaving this blank it must show as 'The Text Verification field is required.'
Observed Behavior: 'Text Verification' field does not showing any kind of validator.
Resolution
- The observed behavior has been addressed via LPD-24714
