Steps to reproduce

Create the sites - site 1, site 2, site 3.

Create the page named "search"

Drag the "search result" and "site facet" portlet to enable search on this page.

Search for any site.
Expected Behavior: A list of matched keyword/list of all sites should be available to select the search scope.
Observed Behavior: The list of sites/options are not showing to select the site scope.
Resolution

By default, the scope of "Search Bar" is set to "This Site".

Therefore, for the "Site Facet" to display multiple sites, the Search Bar must be configured to search Everything.
