Show event of one person to another person

Issue

There is a requirment wherein some users that belongs to higher authority sets their events in their respective calendar and 1 user who is secretory has to see the calendar of higher authority users one by one at a single time.
This means that when the secretory (user1) logs in and select any 1 higher authority from the list, the secretory should be able to see the calendar of only that particular user authority at that time.

As per the current requirement, there is no out-of-the-box feature available in the portal to achieve this specific requirement. Instead, user can click on a particular date and check which event is scheduled along with the users who can see that event.
Below are the steps to achieve this:

1. When user a1 logs in, only the Event1 can be seen.
2. When the user a2 logs in, only Event2 can be seen.
3. When the secretory logs in and clicks on particular date, both the events (Event1 and Event2) can be seen. For example: Only Event1 with the authorized user (a1) can be seen when the date 10th October is clicked. Similarly, only Event2 with the authorized user (a2) can be seen when the date 12th October is clicked.
