Issue
- There is a segment that includes members that are part of one or more groups. This segment is assigned to a role.
- When I choose a user from the user group and view the roles, the role is not listed.
Resolution
- This is the expected behavior. The user has the role and all the related accesses to the role are expected to work as well, but the role will not be displayed because only the manually assigned roles are expected to be displayed in the User > Roles view.
- If you click on the ❎ button to delete the role, it will appear again, this is also expected - because the role comes from the segment.
- On our latest development version, when the user is part of a Site, Organization, or User Group, their associated roles will be displayed for the user under the INHERITED REGULAR ROLES or the INHERITED SITE ROLES section.
