Issue
- Updating robots information for pages will show outdated information despite being saved correctly.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.0, 7.1, 7.2
Resolution
- The value of host header in the request and the virtualhost of the company must match.
- Get the value of host header (default is localhost:8080), split it at the colon (":") and get the first part.
- Example: localhost:8080 -> localhost.
- Go to Control Panel -> Configuration -> Virtual Instances and in the affected company set the above value to the virtualhost field.
