Redirect URL configuration does not persist after a restart

Issue
- We noticed that after changing the Security Mode of Redirect URL configuration from "IP" to "Domain", and subsequently restarting Liferay, the configuration was back to "IP" again.
- We want to ensure this change in configuration persists even after a restart. How can we achieve this?
Environment
- Liferay Quarterly Release
Resolution
- The most probable cause of the configuration reverting back would be a config file being present in the osgi/configs folder, perhaps left there by accident.
- You may want to check this folder (on each node, if you have multiple), to ensure they don't contain a com.liferay.redirect.internal.configuration.RedirectURLConfiguration.config file. The presence of such file might explain why this is happening e.g. if one of the nodes has a copy of the file with IP security mode settings configured.
