That link is no longer maintained, only the CE version is updated (see https://docs.liferay.com/ce/portal/7.4-latest/propertiesdoc/portal.properties.html) so we would recommend to use this link in the future for this purpose.
- Or, even better, check the portal.properties file from within the portal-impl.jar file contained in the bundle version that you are using (<tomcat>\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\shielded-container-lib\portal-impl.jar/portal.properties).
