Resolution
- What happens is that during the upgrade process, this specific method
_upgradeDDMStructureLayout populates a List with structureIds as the Structure Layouts get processed.
Once that method completes, the list containing the structureIds gets passed to _upgradeDDMStructure.
The structureIds get used in a SQL query that uses IN(#,#). The contents of this customer’s list exceeds 1000 which then throws that error.
