Issue

  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4
    2.
    Create a new site by using 'minium site template'.
    3. Create a new account with a buyer user.
    4. Create a user with an 'Operations Manager' role.
    5. Navigate to the catalog page and the product to the cart.
    6.
    Login with the operations manager role.
    7.
    Navigate to orders.
    Expected Result:
    The user with the operations manager role is able to see view/edit the orders.
    Actual Result:
    The user with the operations manager role is unable to view/edit the orders.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4
  • Commerce 4.0

Resolution

  • The observed behavior is a known Liferay DXP bug which has been addressed in Liferay DXP 7.4 Update 29.
