Issue

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Control Panel > Sites.
2. Create a new Minimum site.
3. Open that Minimum site.
4. After that go to Publishing > Export.
5. Now click on "Change to Private Pages".
Observed Behavior: It does not change to Private pages and there is an error in the Browser console.
Expected Behavior: It should change to Private Pages
