Issue
- The exception "NoSuchInstanceFormException: No DDMFormInstance exists with the primary key 0" triggers continuously even every minute.
Resolution
- This error may happen when Liferay attempts to add a form entry to a non-existing form (or at least the form does not have a proper ID).
- In Liferay form, there is a feature "auto-save". By default Liferay Forms attempts to save entries as drafts automatically every minute. If this feature is not required as per your business needs, check it by disabling it. If you are in need of this feature, please feel free to create a Help Centre support ticket for further assistance.
