Issue

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) email is not being sent for logins, and due to this, users are not able to login successfully.

Environment

  • Quarterly Release

Resolution

  • One potential cause for this is a mail server failure due to an error in DNS resolution. If an incident occurs with your DNS provider, this could lead to DNS resolution failure leading to emails failing to be delivered.
  • Please validate the status of the DNS provider, and if it all checks out and the issue persists, please open up a support ticket to investigate further.
