If organizations are missing in the control panel and are accompanied by Lucene indexing errors they can be the result of not having the proper settings.

Resolution

  • In the portal-ext.properties file add "lucene.replicate.write=true"
  • Verify that each node has their own index and aren't shared.
  • If possible, SOLR could also be used as an alternative clustered search solution.
