Issue
- Post assigning VIEW permission of 'UserGroup' to a role, assigned users are able to perform all the operations on UserGroup, i.e. there is no restriction.
- Steps to reproduce:
- Create a custom regular role, with the permissions attached in the screenshot.
- Create a new user (say Test1), and assign only the created role to this user.
- Create a few userGroups.

Observed Behavior: While accessing UserGroup page, Test1 is able to access 3 dots icon and able to configure the UserGroup.

Expected Behavior: Test1 should be able to just view the UserGroups, but should not be able to perform any actions upon it.
Resolution
- This is a known issue, fixed in DXP 7.4 U1, addressed via LPS-130588.
- In case you are unable to upgrade to DXP 7.4 U1, please create a help center ticket to get a hotfix for the same.
