Issue

  • What is the default value for user session timeout on Liferay SaaS?

Environment

  • Liferay SaaS DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • The default session timeout configured on Liferay SaaS is 15 minutes. 
  • As a multi-tenant environment is utilized, it means that all instances within an Liferay SaaS cluster are configured with the same timeout setting.
