Journal Article Structure Field Name is not the same in the UI and the database

Issue

When trying to get a journalField value via java, the field name is not the same as the one shown in the UI.
Example in prior versions, where the field name in both the UI and the database would be the same:
- Field name in the UI: "Text1".
- Field name in the database: "Text1".
- Code to recover the field and it's value:

Fields fields = _journalConverter.getDDMFields(
	journalArticle.getDDMStructure(), journalArticle.getContent());

String fieldName = "Text1";

fields.get(fieldName);
```

Environment

Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

In DXP 7.4, the name that is shown in the UI maps the fieldReference property of the field.

Example:

Field name in the UI: "Text1".
Field name in the database: "Text1111345".

Code to recover the field and it's value:

Fields fields = _journalConverter.getDDMFields(
	journalArticle.getDDMStructure(), journalArticle.getContent());

String fieldRef = "Text1";

String fieldNameByRef = journalArticle
	.getDDMStructure()
