Remove permissions：remove-resource-permission
Add Permissions：add-resource-permission Note："scope=4" (SCOPE_INDIVIDUAL) content is not supported.
Change permissions：set-individual-resource-permissions actionIds is of type class java.lang.String[].Specify the authorization information you wish to set in the form of "VIEW", "ADD_DISCUSSION", etc.
Please check the "ResourcePermission" table for information on the parameters to be specified.
Specifying actionId executes the following query and refers to the definition. select * from ResourceAction where name='com.liferay.portal.kernel.model.Layout';
