Is it possible to disable the "Deletion" sliders for Staging Publications?

Issue

• We would like to prevent our Staging content managers from using the "Delete Application Data Before Importing" and "Replicate Individual Deletions" sliders when performing a staging publication event, so they do not remove content from the Live site by not understanding their purpose or accidentally selecting these settings. Is this possible out-of-the-box?

Resolution

• At this time, there are no out-of-the-box methods to remove these sliders from the Staging Publication configurations page.

The following potential workaround requires theme customization, and should only be implemented at the discretion of your team. Liferay Support is limited in our ability to assist with the design or implementation of customizations.

• One method that has been suggested to work around this current limitation would be to keep the sliders enabled, but hide them from users by adding an element similar to the following within the admin/site themes:
  

  .product-menu {
   .list-group-item ul[aria-labelledby="panel-manage-site_administration_publishing"] {
      li:first-child {
          display : none !important;
      }
   }
  }
