Issue

Analytics Cloud fails to connect and the following error is thrown in the console

  • 2023-05-16 04:42:48.058 ERROR [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8009-exec-41][BaseAnalyticsMVCActionCommand:171] com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.P
    ortalException: Invalid token

Environment

  • Liferay DXP connected to Analytics Cloud

Resolution

  • The Analytics Cloud token only works on one environment. A new data source must be created for each Liferay Environment.
