- For private environments with no access to the internet, we need to handle fonts locally.

Resolution
- The recommended way to handle custom fonts (especially in private, offline environments) is by using a CSS Client Extension. This method allows you to define your fonts via
@font-face and apply them globally or selectively across your site, in a modular and flexible way.
- The font files themselves can be:
- Uploaded to the Document Library and referenced via public URLs, or
- Placed in a folder on the server that is publicly accessible (e.g. under the Liferay web root).
- Client Extensions offer greater flexibility and are the preferred approach over theme-based customisation in modern Liferay versions.

- After deployment, be sure to clear:
- Your browser cache, Webserver cache, and
- Liferay’s server cache via Control Panel → Configuration → Server Administration → Clear all caches.
