Issue

Is there any other source of information where we could get additional search history information from Liferay or directly from Elasticsearch?
How can we provide customers with metrics, beyond the top 5 search terms?

Resolution

With a Platinum License provided as part of the LES subscription, you can activate and use Elastic Enterprise Search (App Search + Workplace Search), though it would be out-of-scope from the perspective of Liferay Support coverage and should be used at your team's discretion.
There is an active Feature Request to make 'All Search Terms' available in Analytics Cloud dashboard that you can vote on and share your goal for the request. See: Requesting a New Feature or Feature Improvement.
