Issue

  • When the password is changed, users get a notification email.
  • I would like to change the template of that email.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0+

Resolution

  • Navigate to Control Panel > Configuration > Instance Settings
  • On the "Configurations" tab scroll down to "Email Notifications"
  • Switch to the "Password Changed Notification" tab
  • Enter your new values and Save
