Issue

  • How can I assign workflow tasks to multiple users by Scripted Assignment, but not by assigning tasks to a role?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.1

Resolution

  • It's confirmed when using the Scripted Assignment as the Assignment Type it's only possible to assign a task to a role or to a single user.
  • It's recommended to assign a task to a role rather than a single user.
