Forms are not appearing - "global is not defined"

Issue

  • Forms are loaded but cannot be edited in production, or Add to Cart button disappears,
    meanwhile error like     Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: global is not defined will be observed in the front-end.

Environment

  • DXP 7.1
  • DXP 7.2

Resolution

  • Require a fix with the ticket LPS-196120 from Liferay Support
  • OR to work around the behavior: either disable the googletagmanager or removing the tag reference if not needed

Additional Information

  • To test and verify the issue, we can add 127.0.0.1 snap.licdn.com into local host file and clearing up browser cache then verify this in the live site
