- After conducting a further investigation, the portlet that is causing the failure is "1_WAR_lcsportlet" but our developer can't find it.

Resolution
- The portlet is populating despite being missing because the
PortletPreferences table keeps an old record that is breaking the upgrade when creating a new table called PortletPreferenceValue.

LCS has been deprecated by Liferay. Since it's been deprecated by Liferay, deleting that preference will solve the issue.
