Error appears in Liferay logs when "Members" Widget is added to a blank site

Issue

  • When adding a "Members" widget to a new page, on a blank site, the following error appears in the Liferay logs:
  • ERROR [http-nio-8080-exec-6][ComboServlet:412] Skip com_liferay_contacts_web_portlet_MembersPortlet:/o/contacts-web/js/main.js because its content type is not CSS or JavaScript

 

Environment

  • Liferay 2024.Q2.5

 

Resolution

  • This is a verified issue and has been addressed by LPD-33423
  • Please submit a Support ticket to receive a hotfix to address the issue
  • The fix will be included in an upcoming Liferay release. The exact release can be viewed on the "fix versions" field on LPD-33423
