Issue
- I would like to raise the log levels for ElasticSearch Sidecar
- The folder [liferay-home]/elasticsearch-sidecar/7.x.x/logs does not contain any log files
Resolution
- The ElasticSearch Sidecar is only intended for development and demonstration purposes. It is not suitable to use in the production environment.
- As a result, in the log4j2-sidecar.properties file, the log level is hardcoded.
- Changing the log4j file inside our ElasticSearch module is possible, however, it is considered customization, so please proceed at your own discretion.
