Issue
- Documents and Media files are not loading after setting up a 2nd cluster node. This does not affect the 1st node, and only occurs on node 2.
Environment
- Quarterly Release
- DXP 7.4
- DXP 7.3
Resolution
- Since the documents stored in the document_library are not loading at all only for node 2, this most likely points to a configuration issue specific to the new node's interaction with the library.
- Common causes are that node 2 might not have the correct permissions to access the storage location used by the document library, or the configuration itself might be incorrect.
- Please double-check that the application server on the new node has the necessary read permissions to the correct storage location.
