Issue

  • We were wondering if hotfixes contain database changes, and where you can see if a database change is included in a hotfix.

Environment

  • Applicable to all Liferay environments

Resolution

  • By default, a hotfix normally does not contain any changes to the database, except if you received a fix deliberately changing something in the database and it was made clear to you as that hotfix was released
