Issue

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4
2. Create a new site by using the 'minium site template'.
3. Create a new account.
4. Navigate to the default created channel.
5. Enable the 'Money order' payment method.
6. Navigate to Control Panel > Accounts.
7. Open the created account.
8. Navigate to 'Order Defaults' and click on set default commerce payment methods.
Expected Result: The user should only able to see only the active payment methods in this case only Money Order.
Actual Result: The user sees all the payments that are linked to Minium active and inactive one

- Liferay DXP 7.4
- Commerce 4.0
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known Liferay DXP bug which has been addressed in Liferay DXP 7.4 Update 49.
