Issue
- The error "could not resolve all artifacts for configuration 'classpath'" occurs during the time of Liferay workspace creation using LDS and not able to process further.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.2, DXP 7.3
- LDS 3.9.4 [It is the latest version while documenting this article], LDS 3.9.3
Resolution
- This kind of error usually occurs when build tool dependencies might not be downloaded completely or not available globally. This depends on the network.

Hence, when you are working behind a corporate firewall that requires using a proxy server to access external repositories. Refer to this documentation for the same in which we have provided the configuration details needs to be provided on this situation.
- In our Liferay document, we have given example host and port details. As per the company's proxy server, property values should be replaced.
