Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3 U4+
Resolution
-
When workflow is enabled (Site menu > Configuration > Workflow e.g. Single Approver) for changes made to certain asset types, then the review of the changes, assignment of the task, followed by approval or rejection, are part of the process.
-
Comments added to the assignment, approval, or rejection process are presented in the 'Activities' section, as they are categorised as a comment on a recent activity that happened to the actual Workflow Task. This can be tracked at the bottom of the Review/Workflow Task page.
-
Comments for the review, about the changes made, can be added in the 'Comments' section. This is designated for other types of comments, e.g. discussions regarding the actual task, or adding extra information about the changes made.
