Issue

After upgrading Liferay DXP 7.3 to DXP 7.4, the below class is not available in DXP 7.4 but was present in DXP 7.3. Is there any alternative for this?
```
com.liferay.petra.content.ContentUtil
```

Environment

Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

Petra-content has one class, ContentUtil, which is used to cache the content read from files. There are several issues were appearing with this cache. It was not thread-safe and did not prove a way to clear, which may cause leaking
Therefore, it is deprecated in Liferay DXP 7.4. Please see: LPS-149147.
Now, com.liferay.petra.content.ContentUtil.get is replaced by the below-mentioned class:
```
com.liferay.petra.string.StringUtil.read
```

Before implementing the com.liferay.petra.string.StringUtil.read, please consider the LPS that has been generated for this change, in which several scenarios are present to use. Please review: LPS-203152
